Rajneesh.kaur get your caips notes from (caips.ca) for exact reason why they refused your application and u can apply once in a lifetime @ SPP Category. you will apply in general category now.

yeah u can re-apply but first get the caip notes for specific reason of refusal and clear those reasons in your file and apply again in next intake, u can to convince visa officer with good sop or specific docs, why u scored less in 12th. good luck bro .. rab raakhaa u can apply for caips...

don't know about appeal, but after getting caips notes u will have have to clarify those reasons mentioned in caips and file again completing the the file and overcoming those issues mentioned in caips. its best to apply in next intake... rab raakhaa :D

even if they call, they will ask for employment verification and how long u have been working there etc. just simple verification questions... :D
