Guys I need help on this ...... urgently

Was anyones empoyer given a call for verification of empoyment

As I have worked for tcs who doesn't do emp check
2nd where I was free lancing that boss is always travelling the globe and most of the times misses his call

What kind of questions do they ask

Most probably they wont...
they might call u,nd if they find any doubt then they might call ur employer.
This was happening till last year,as I hadn't heard anyone got call this intake .
