This document is the document that made me confused as it states the "for 12 month period" thing. I didn't know if they assumed a 12 month course or if this is the same for anyone who will study for over 6 months. A flat rate for all.

Thanks for the response guys. Well, the universities verified that I have studied in English all my life. On top of that, my undergraduate degree is from a British university in England. I am just happy that I have to deal with less of these annoying tests and stuff. thank you anyway. :)
