You are on implied status since your application is in process so no worries there. Have you linked your OWP application on GCkey yet? If it hasn't already been approved your OWP approval should be the next step for you.

So sorry to hear your application was returned. But at least your in status! Don't forget to update your forms if needed as there were updates recently. Also it would be safest if you sent in 2018's NOA if you can.

No it doesn't show any martial status or spouse info. Just name, sex, date of birth and passport info of permit holder and dates of validity of work permit.
