There are 2 ways to get PCC: either through passport office or directly visiting through Police Station. I directly visited Police station. After my application submission, i received PCC in 2 weeks(New Delhi).

Under document checklist, point number 12 - it is clearly written Copies(Originals may be requested later by an officer). Any how sending original may not harm. but its better to keep original with you if your LOR is a generic and can be used somewhere else as well.

Copy, they might ask for original later.

CIC has not yet updated status of NOCs yet, but for now no NOC is full. As you will be providing LOR from 3 different companies, its advisable to list them as 3 different entities with same NOC.

Mate, I have also sent on 27th May and was hoping to reach my app on till 30th Friday, May 30, 2014 Location Time 20 Departed Facility in NOVA SCOTIA AREA - CANADA NOVA SCOTIA AREA, NS - CANADA 16:37 Looks mine is 3 Mins late. I hope we are not too late and will hear good news soon. :)
