Hello friends, if you want to know what will be the Quebec skilled worker program like from 2013 onwards please take a look at this: http://www.spl.gouv.qc.ca/fileadmin/medias/pdf/Charte/Revision_de_la_grille.pdf It looks like having at least an "intermédiaire avancé" (B2) level will be...

Ok, I'm going to send my IELTS results on monday. I reach 53/55 points with that, I wonder what's the criteria for those people who get interviewed via phone call (which is supposedly faster than waiting for a mission).

Yes, you get 4 points for that (CO=3, PO=1), but remember they only accept the original diploma and not the attestation de reussite as proof of your language skills.

Thanks, but I was asking precisely because of this request in the form: I was wondering if there were any documents to submit other than the A-0520-MA-dyn form and my IELTS results, taking into account that I want to claim points for English now (I only sent the TCFQ with my application back...

Hi fellas, I've received my IELTS results, does anyone how can I update my dossier? I got the AOR 2 weeks ago. Do I just have to submit the "Change to an application for a selection certificate" form along with that to the BIQ? or is it necessary to fill up the "Documents submitted in support...

The only equivalent degrees are those obtained either in Canada or at some universities in France, so unless you fall in any of these categories, your degree must get at least 6 points in the foreign diploma column for your application to be acceptable.

Apparently they only accept the actual DELF/DALF diploma, if you send the attestation or something else they will refuse your application.

Which French exam is easier for Quebec : TEFaQ or TCFQ ?

I'm not answering OP's question with this, nor I'm looking forward to suggesting you to take any of these exams, but this is what I got in DELF B2 and TCFQ (I took both of them the same week), I actually was feeling much better the day I took TCF's Expression orale than when I had my DELF B2...

Quebec Immigration - Skilled Worker Program

Thanks, about your first question, I don't think they will round it off (at least the C.O. part) as their chart seems pretty clear: The P.O. score is unclear though as they don't mention 15.5 points, just 15 (B1) and 16 (B2), you should make sure by asking either your BIQ or a different one as...

No, it just says you have to meet both cutoffs to be called for an interview i.e. if you have 49 points overall (interview threshold) BUT you don't meet the employability cutoff, your application will be eliminated, and viceversa. It works in the same way in other fields, for instance, AOT...
