    You will get PPR before it expires.. You have to send paper copy to same office of CIC.. you can even get new stamping in both passports

    You need money in bank account before you apply. PNP may ask for 3 months before application. You have to clear IELTS with atleast band 4 for most PNP

    It's not that simple.. you need to deposit in her bank.. You should also get a gift deed from her brother that the money need not be returned. After 3 months get letter from Bank about balance available and send it to Sinp
