I want to apply in SINP EE under NOC 7205 - Contractors and supervisors, other construction trades, installers, repairers and servicers

My question is that I need Regulatory or Licensing Credentials for this NOC 7205.
If 'YES' please tell me the process how to get licensing?

i applied on Jan. 4,2017, under process on Jan. 5, got email waiting for application for documents, proof of funds they asked me to send last 90 days proof of funds, but i did not have that one, i have a letter(6th Jan. 2017) of current proof of funds, would my application be rejected, any idea.

I can see "application" received status only. Is it same as suggests " under process" in your case?

I have submitted my application in SINP on November after that i was asked to submit my passport copies and Bank Statement . I send that also still it's showing waiting on applicant . Now there dead line is also about finish for 45 days please guide what i can do in this
