They ask for other documents to prove residence.. Utility bills, Lease agreement, bank-CC statement etc.

One of my friends have studied MBA from the same university and has got valid points for the same and did not get this kind of response from WES.. He called and fought with them for a review..

You can apply provided you have more then 12 months of experience in your NOC - 2172.. Experience in your old NOC 2173 may remain as it is and you will get points for the experience. We are not sure 2173 cap is only for end of Aug'14 applications.. It can also include all later applications...
