Hi, Actually po. COA and CIIP are both optional but highly recommended to attend. It has a lot of information that we ca gain to guide us to Canada. Only PDOS is mandatory, which is required by our Phil Government. Ito po yung P400 per head na registration. Hope it helps.. ;)
