am not using Turbo tax or other softwares but did it through a tax consultant and YES you have to show your spouse's foreign income. You dont have to show a high amount coz they dont ask for documentation. But please do claim it and avoid it haunting you at a later date.

Less than 12 months is very rare. but u neva know since the immigration rules on spousal sponsorship has changed. I have had a conversation with a lady last year who got hers done in 8 months. it varies from case to case. but 10 months at least no doubt.

Yep i know... :). I just did mine too around 8 in the morning. Nope not yet... You and me just uploaded PCC. so we have to wait for another week before we could know the visa office. am pretty sure since my husband is in UAE it's gonna go to London office.

Wow! ours is the same. Application recd 13th Feb CIC mississauga AOR1 26th March Medical req 29th March SA approval (mail to myself sponsor) on 5th April. Linking account and docs request same day. Submitted medicals last week, it says you have passed your medicals. Today submitted police...

Next step shd be AOR followed by SA mail, application linking and docs request

No AOR to the PA. You will get SA approval mail, email to link docs will be sent to the PA. Once you link it, you can see all the other docs request online.

You just have to wait. they will inform you soon. It takes only about a week to get the SA approval and docs request.

Pls could anyone let me know once docs (sch A, police and medical) are uploaded how many days does it usually take to hear from CIC on the visa office that our case is assigned to?
