Have you got request of RPRF from VO? Please go to the following link. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?countrySelect=BD&lob=rprf There is no specific form at CIC website.

Alhamdulillah. Don't be confused. Do as per the guideline of VO.

Let us know your timeline. If the application is received by Visa office, you must inform them your situation to avoid unexpected problem in application process.
