Oh, your noc cap has been reached already. This means that if you don't receive a reply soon you may need to reapply in 2012. In this case you will get your application back unprocessed. Hope for the positive result.

Koel, I think you should receive an e-mail in 2-3 or 4 weeks depending in your noc. Your bank draft is about to be encashed if still isn't. At the moment first and second week of november applicants receive their PER/NERs.
