That would be awsome, but the most it went down was for 10 points, so I believe if it's gonna happen today it will be around 407 or 408, but hey, you never know, cic is waaaay unpredictable
As I mentioned yesterday on same question, changes in june wont have much of an inpact due to that and also as I read in 2016 report not many people speak french and also due to changes for siblings also believe that few people will get higer points but not enough to push crs cut off to go up.
I believe it will go below 400, around 380-390. Solely because most of candidates are in that range currently in the pool and not that many with high scores are entering.
These changes will not have huge impact, since not many points are awarded, so my guess 1% of whole pool will get higher points due to that and this is not enough to push crs cut off to go up.
I believe that it will be 409 or 410. On 3rd of May with 3700 ITA due to that there is 2 week gap. And draw after that on May 17th 404 or 405. In June it will go below 400.
