I really hope so. Its frustrating seeing applicants the last few months getting AOR after 20-30 days and it took them 45 days to pass out the first one in May. I hope its not a sign of processing times becoming much slower.

Wow those are some REALLY fast timelines. Seems like alot of the early April apps were processed MUCH faster than normal...Then after that it's like everyone went on holiday or something.

The instructions say to put a * for unknown dates of birth. But you are correct, the electronic form will not accept a *. If it were me, I would leave the date blank on the electronic version and hand write a * on the form. Then, I would type a separate explanation for doing so and place it...
