No movement still for some of us who passed our tests in March. :( Scarborough office did not bother responding back to CIC in 90 days so they sent another request yesterday. Harnit

CIC websites seems to be down today. THey are not even taking calls.

I called CIC this morning and discussed my ATIP with the lady on call. She confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the file and all the background checks are done. They are just waiting to schedule the oath. But, not sure what is there to wait. Is it hard to understand for them that they are...

Yes. It looks like the file is stuck in secondary office. It looks like the Security and RCMP clearance is done but it is waiting on Eligibility - Knowledge. I submitted my Masters and Bachelors certifications which were in English. Not sure what else they want to clarify. CIC sent the reminder...

Due Date Under Oath Section says: 2015/07/11 As per ATIP they canceled my oath twice. Looks like CPC Sydney has not responded back to 2 of the eligibility checks, which is weird. Harnit

Mine is still In Process. :( I just received the ATIP report by email. It is a long report but all non-sense information. Still doesn't say why is the file holding. Oath should not be more than 6 months??? Ya, very nice of them to do that favor on us. :) Harnit
