I have seen many people filing there applications using PCC issued based on Pakistani embassy letter. I dont think it should be a problem in your case. Lets see if someone else can provide more definite answer.

Do we have to enter education details of matric & F.Sc in EE profile even when we don't have ECA for them? I got my ECA done from IQAS and they only mentioned Bachelor's degree in certificate. What should i do?

HEC is Higher Education Commission Pakistan. Its degree issuing authority and organization that deals with all types of university education in Pakistan. ECA email looks just like AOR email, only difference is that it informs you about completion of your ECA and has pdf attachment.

I just had a few spare photocopies attested from HEC which i had done earlier for another purpose. So i sent them with application. Although IQAS clearly mentions that photocopies don't have to attested.

I don't think it would be an issue as you have your old passport with you which can be attached along with new passport. Moreover, your new passport should have old number written on last page.

Yes it is indeed AOR2. I received the same email on Thursdays so basically we both received AOR2 on same day. Lets keep each other updated about our ECA status.

My documents were delivered on July 3rd. I still haven't received AOR

Also many ielts preparation websites suggest that you have to pick one side while giving your opinion. But writing task 2 tips video in CD that comes with preparation material from British Council clearly mentions that you can sit on the fence while giving your opinion.

My academic docs were delivered on 3rd July, still haven't received AOR2. I hope to receive AOR2 in first week of August.
