Hi Faraz246... I too hv applied under noc 3011... Apllication reached cic on 10/12/14, charged on 31/1/2015, and received PER on 25/2/15... Payment mode was through DD, and i got to know abt the charge date only when i received the PER email... ur applications too must hv got charged, and maybe...

CC will charge within the coming week... u wont hv to wait for 2 weeks... and hopefully u wud also get PER by next week

I guess when our application reaches the concerned visa office, when it states "in process", and when you click on the "in process", it wud state something like the processingofyour application began on so and so date... http://www.fsw2014.info/ecas/ may give some info

PER brings you a step closer to PR... Each step makes your chances of rejection lesser... Also, the jubilation is becoz u hv been included into the cap... And, the processing is pretty long and exhausting... These pats on the back wud lessen the anxiety a wee bit...
