Hey guys, So my parents applied for TRV today on paper. They told me that VFS didn't take their passports yet and told them that the procedure has changed and they will need to submit passports later just like online application. Has anyone faced similar situation recently?

It won't have negative impact on application will it? Because I don't want any mistakes in the application

Thanks for the response. When you do same thing online they don't ask for additional documents. That is why I let my mom and dad submit two set of forms for each plus one application package including all the necessary documents. Is that a problem? What should I do about it? Thanks
