We received AOR on 20th March but still nothing on ECAS??

When should we be able to see our status on ECAS? I just get the page that says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:" etc etc. Thanks!

We had this situation recently. I had to send the whole package to a friend in the UK in one of the professions (Teacher) and she endorsed the photo and posted the package for me. HTH AManda

I believe if your SIN starts with a 9, you cannot use netfile. HTH Amanda
