After 2011, I think they are using e-mail as the mode of correspondance (ofcourse, if you have specified one at the time of filling out the application)

Third line is added in my ecas saying that my medicals have been received. The only thing left for me is to get the medicals done for my baby. CIC has sent the forms yesterday.... Samnov, check your ecas also...since both of our CPO is same..he/she might have added the third line for you...
