Yes, I've seen that thread (or several) too. However, all of them were about French speaking stream.

Could it be because that as of this month you have less than a year of experience in last 10 years for your selected NOC 2133? FSW requires a minimum of 1 year skilled experience, but I'm not sure if that should be any experience, or with the selected NOC.

IELTS is very important. 7.0 in listening lowers the score a lot. Increasing it to 7.5 makes a huge difference. Also, if you try filling in the wife as the main applicant, you will get 423 points, even without job experience.

Well, there is always a chance for them to start issuing invitations that count towards 2017 quotas (like it has happened in 2015). Who knows, maybe that's how they like this process - issuing invitations in advance.
