At this point most of the consultants will offer this type of service, as they can make more money on the otherside we may get lucky if they do this job right, but again its very risky. Most of them can cheat us easily.

Bro looks like consultant will get you LIMA from his part but, research thorougly befor you take any decesion. And its totally up to you to go with him or not. But Il say if had this option I would sign an agreement first. All the best !
