As mentioned in the above thread: it is better to have attested document with birth dates on it(ex: SSC, MRO birth certificate, affidivit etc) + Birth certificate from Indian consulate via BLS + legal documents.

Bro, Bls will not issue any certificate but it will take the responsibility to get the certificate issued by Indian High Commision (Indian consulate or Indian embassy) which is valid to my knowledge.

I dont remember where I read but for upfront medical exam some clinics might ask for birth certificate " this situation might be rare" In Canada BLS will deal with all these type of services through Indian Consulate.

For all the applicants who are residing in Canada can obtain birth certificate through Indian Consulate. Because I have applied for myself ! All you need is your original passport and work permit !
