PCC took 2 hours. Get an appointment at the PSK and then carry all the required documents [ do not miss a single important document] which can be easily found on the Passport office website. They stamp your passport and issue you a letter on the same day, in the same visit.

Great thanks , I did some digging and found 0621 and 0124 that match the profile. Its funny that the same e-commerce firm also has presence in Canada and when I looked for the exact same job i do now, there was no NOC info :D.
