I'm a september 5th applicant (for 2174!!!) and I still haven't received my app back (2nd app). Hope only dies when it dies lol. And it'll only die when the 2nd app reaches my hands.

CIO sends returned packages via Canada post. So most likely it'll come to you via India post as well. My returned app was delivered to via the brazilian postal service (correios).
