I'm not sure and I don't really understand. What do you mean by affidavit stamped by a notary public? My documents have two stamps . One stamp is a company stamp and the other one is a stamp with " certified translation" on it. Two red stamps.

Just one quick question. On the forms where you have to put City/Town at birthplace. But my wife was born in a village in Henan. On her passport, it also doesn't say the city of birth. It just says Henan, China. So, on the form what should I put? Just Henan?? But Henan is not a city. Henan is a...
