I think I messed up BIG BIG time now. All my documents such as (bank statements, Whatapp chat logs, Rental agreements, and Medical reports) were all translated by a company in China. Will CIC accept my documents?? because I was reading the guide and it says:
Translators who are certified in Canada don’t need to supply an affidavit. A certified translator will provide both a certified translation and certified copies of the original documents.
An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a person authorized to administer oaths in the country where the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document.
My translated document only has two stamps on them. But each document they translated also provided their company name address, translator, date, phone number, and two stamps.
Household register, police certificate, marriage certificate, and birth certificate are all translated and the notary by the local government. The main question is would they accept my other supporting docs??
