January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Seriously this waiting business seems endless. I injured my neck and back (strain) from my workplace, and I have made up my mind to switch to another career, which is IMPOSSIBLE before I become a PR in fear of my nomination revoked. Work is becoming physically very challenging for me and...

I just received an email about my status from my lawyer: my application is currently at 45% in progress. As a follow up of ADR on Nov 19, my husband's rcmp pcc was uploaded on Nov 29. It still says they are reviewing the additional document I provided. Oh wow! anyways, what can I do but...

Yes, that's what you get on ECAS. I had the same question and anxiously waited for a long time. I ended up asking my lawyer to give me a screenshot of my gckey status. It turned out that my medical had actually been passed a day before my ecas was updated as "medical received."

I also received adr: rcmp pcc for my spouse. It was sent to my lawyer along with PAL in two separate emails on Nov 19. It seems many people are getting adr...which could mean a month more waiting time.

January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Isn't it only for EE applications? I read that the only exemptions to the proof of funds requirement are granted to Express Entry candidates who are already working in Canada and have a valid job offer.

January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Hi, this is what my lawyer informed me before my application was submitted: They can refuse your application on the ground of insufficient funds for you (and your family) to settle in Canada because this can pose financial burden on the government. The same kinda reason for medical...

Yeah, I could be wrong. I didn't mean to misinform anyone here. I am also waiting for my ppr so anxiously, and trying my best guess to figure out what's happening to my application. Anyways, I am checking MyImmiTracker daily using the filters for Ontario inland, and the following was what I...

For oinp, no ppr has been released since Oct 2 or 3, which is like more than a month and a half. If PPRs are taking 3-3.5 months from mp, hopefully we will get PPRs by December/January. Lets hope for the best for everyone! And happy Friday! I just read in a different thread that the IRCC/CIC...

It seems Ontario applications are moving slower than mpnp or bcpnp. Seen from my immitracker cases, ontario pprs were usually 3-3.5 months after Medical passed.
