Hi, I applied via BCPNP via paper based.
my timeline is:

Application Received: March 20, 2019
Correspondence Acknowledgement receipt: May 1,2019
Started Processing: May 1, 2019
Medical request: 10 September,2019
and then it just says “Medical results have been received” and its just like that since 20th September.

What should I expect next.

Thanks
It showed you passed the medical exam.

what should i expect next?
ADR if they require additional docs like pcc or schedule A ;
PALs: usually the first one signifies pass of eligibility, some people get it with ADR. PALs require nothing to be done on your part. Some get them; some others don't.
PPR: passport request in email titled as "ready for visa"
DM: decision made. sometimes DM comes earlier than PPR.
Then, COPR and landing. Good luck to you!

It should not be a problem if you applied for Bridging Open Work Permit and got refused. They give you 90 days to restore your status and provide the the correct form or add any additional document you may have forgot to include. During the 90 days you are still in implied status, which means you still have legal immigration status in Canada until a decision is made on your application to extend your stay.

Did you find that the status changed into Application Received from In Process in ECAS? If so, How long will it take to re-change into In Process?

When it changes to Application received on ECAS it means your file has been transferred from Sydney or Ottawa to the local office in the city where you live. My friend got the same notification on ECAS and when she called was informed her file was transferred to the Calgary office.

Are you a single applicant or do you have other dependants on your application? Not sure how they decide which applications get transferred to the local office.
