i 100% agree. It was Option C only for 2014. My friends file was sent back (he applied with me in 2014) and he applied again on 2015 because he didn't provided Option C. You guys are so lucky.

Hello Rossei, I just updated the Excel sheet today. I see In process under my name(sponsor) but under my parents I still see application received. I am not sure if it is same like others but I updated the file with "In Process". if I made mistake then let me know and I will fix it.

Where do you see the status change? Is it under your name or when you log in as sponsored person (Parents)?

If your application not returned yet then it is a good sign. You can call CIC and ask them if they received your application and if it is accepted as completed application.

I used UPS and yes received by the same person you mentioned but I wasn't sure about asking or providing name online. So looks like all courier package was received by same person.
