I got the BIL on 13th Mar. And I booked biometrics appointment too but unfortunately all biometrics appointment got canceled due to covid. I'm still waiting for biometric to reopen.

One thing I forgot to tell.. My biometric is not done due to covid. This is WP extension application. Don't know what IRCC will do.

On the same boat. Application was submitted on 12th Mar. No updates so far.

I talked to a few people and all of them suggested to pay the difference now and don't wait for IRCC. Also, there is information on cic website. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1517&top=29 I made the payment and attached the receipt using webform. Hope it helps!

For me it was applied on 11th March. No updates yet.

You can check their website for status. Or you can give them a call. They will give you an update. In my case, I called them twice or thrice to know the updates. After 7 days of the submission of my postal I application, the status was appearing on BLS Website.
