Maybe try emailing the Ottawa office ... I did too n they dint deny that my application is with them n said its still under regulatory timeline ... Not to mention status is still application received being a nov 1 applicant ... Mr. SJP step up your game n reach that drawer on your table where...

I m from india n nov 1 applicant n not even in process yet like you ... This all is a huge piss off .. N we are just stuck at the initial stage yet ... Like its gunna b all that lengthy process after getting in process yet

Trust me ... Trust on what canada post says ... It will never show delivered when you send the application ... Has happened to me too soo just wait n to ease yoirself call Ottawa n they will tell you that they have got it

My file was received on nov 1 2013 , medical done in December .. Documents requested n sent may 15 n nothing after that

I suggest you should just apply for a new one cuz they take 30-40 days to reply n u don't want it to be too late to apply a new one
