You are better off applying for a new one... They will not issue any kind of visa including the immigrant visa they stamp after u get passport call .. They will ask u to renew so better off doing it ryt now

If ur WP is already expired , before anything happens you will have apply for restoration n get ur status n then apply work permit to continue work n then apply for permanent residence

As long u hv a valid work permit, TRvisa doesnt matter ..

You can't apply for bowp until you receive AOR ... You have the option of going LMIA process or just go to border n do flagpole n then atleast you can get a closed work permit

There is a doctor in confederation mall which might take you early . And I think as long as you get it done before the deadline u shd be fine.. But do call CIC to make sure

i applied for PR at CIO in november 2013... and i don't think they need medicals or itinerary if u apply for bridging open work permit

i hv had my medicals since december 2013 , so tht means the expired SINP certificate shd be goo d n don't need no support letter like some other pfovinces, did u have to apply for BOWP too??

I believe you are SINP applicant too, i am too , applied in nov ,hvnt got PPR yet. my work permit expires in july , i was wondering do we need any support letter from SINP to apply for BOWP .

Waiting since November 2013... I m thinking to darn it n just apply under express entry .. Atleast tht 6 months wait assures you something .

I am a nov 2013 applicant too and mine changed to in process too finally on feb 10. god knows how much more wait we have to do . well I m just happy atleast they picked up our files finally :).

I am November applicant too .. My medicals will expire on 20 December ... So I wld like to know if you have any info on if they will send another email to get new medicals done or shd we just go ahead n do it ourselves anyways .. Ur reply reply will be much appreciated .
