It happens only when one of your application steps status got changed. Log back in and check if it got changed. For e.g, From "We are reviewing documents your provided" TO "Not Applicable" ..and so on.

From current trend, it looks like in Aug-Sept 2018, we should get it DM/PPR. Earlier, the better :)

Even I got an email last night at 10:30PM EST from CIC saying your file is transferred to New Delhi Visa office.. But I dont think its AOR2. We should get another email from New Delhi saying we received your application & thats AOR2.

Hello Simson toms, Our application has the same status as yours & its visa office is New Delhi as well. PA's Ecas status changed from "Application Received" to "In process". So do check your PA's Ecas account. BDW did you got your AOR2 by any chance?

Hello, current time for them to open and send you an AOR1 is about 47-52 days. You wont hear anything from them, before that. Good Luck!!

Its normal for that URL to ask you for New Address, as the URL itself is for "change in address". Make sure you using right URL : https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do
