Hey it happened to me as well, but changed back to the "We are processing ... #$#$ Blah Blah" on very next day.

Again the BG status changed from "Not Applicable" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." I dont know whats going on here.. Do you guys have any idea?

That explains everything. But Good luck for that, as what I believe, you will get a request for PCC and fees within a month when you PASSED the medical. Also, are you sure about 4 months? As I though it will be 6 more moths before I get my PPR/COPR.. :|

AOR stands for Acknowledgment Of Receipt. If you are able to see the status of your application under CIC account, then I am pretty sure you have received you AOR(File number which will starts with E#$%@$%^&). Go back to your account and check it again. Even check the messages. Anyways I got it...
