Yes.. Very true. I applied in jan too and still waiting for passport it's gona be 4 months now. I don't believe it really takes This long to finish each case. It's quite a shame we are made to waste one whole year of our first year of marriage in seperation.

They do return the fotos. Two of my relatives got their photos back when they sponsored their husbands..

Jask, I sent my app. on jan 14, and got sponsorship approval on feb 16. So is it 6 months from Feb 6th??

:) raman_kanwal, it is Reeyan who sent his/her application in oct 2012.. I sent it jan, 2013. but we both sent out passports to NDVO in march 2013.. and waiting for our passports back.. it's been almost 4 months since we sent our passport. Is it that true that they will return our passports...
