To my knowledge, there is no fixed time... It could take any amount of time depending on how fast they are able to get clearance out of the background checks. Again, it also depends on the efficiency of Each and Every employee in the process.. that's why they give us that 10 month time frame...

I got an email from PAFSO few days back saying that IF the gov accepts third party arbitration, the PAFSO members will still be on 'strike' till they get their 'wage hike' BUT they will resume working as a show of good faith. So this is good news for all of us :)
