Having a hard time deciding whether to withdraw my profile and resubmit, in order to get a PT, or to wait for an ITA. I'm not comfortable with the idea of not being considered for an ITA, while Ontario decide whether to give me a nomination or not. I think I'll wait until the next draw and see...

There are a number of jobs on Job Bank, as well as a number of applications in response to the ads placed by my employer. I think it's going to be very difficult to prove that none of those applicants are qualified to do the job. At least i'll have a few more months to work and wait for an ITA...
