    Yes you have to send the receipt by mail to the VO after filling the info on it. Note that you will be charged about 30 $ if you are in Lebanon because you have to pay it in CAD. that what happened with me.

    " Once your medical has been completed the doctor will forward the medical results to CIC." it is from the attached form with your MR. so you don't want to send any thing to VO

    in the MR email, they didn't ask for any thing to be returned to them by mail. so we don't want to send anything to VO if they didn't ask to do so.
