From what I have seen, NOC codes are playing least role in EE. There is no mention of NoC codes so far for points or any such. If you get a job, you get the ITA. Or you have higher chances. Simple as that..

Aarti, You should ok if you manage to get the confirmation from same employer that he offered you a "Permanent" job instead of temporary job that is bound to the expiry of LMO.

Siva.. If you are on ICT, it means that you have bypassed LMO. They wrote clearly on the site that if same employer is extending you a permanent offer, he needs to get LMIA done.

Easier said than done. You probably may be coming from other places where employers are that open to provide these details.

You are good. You should be getting the invite in the first round itself. However, as per the new system, we did not see any mention of points for having relatives on PR / Citizens. You may not get any points for your point 7. Good profile though.
