OK.. couple of things.. Have you completed working full time for more than 12 months in a qualifying occupation?? If you are only working from last 2 weeks.. You may not be eligible under CEC as CEC needs a min one year of IN CANADA exp.. Best is to calculate your WP from the day your PGWP...

Medical and Police clearance in advance

You very well can. They both come with a short validity. If you are sure that you are going to get ITA in first few rounds, you better wait for ITA and get it. Thx..

CEC Already Working with no LMIA - Scared and Confused

What I don't understand is why you have not applied under CEC when you became eligible in the first place. You could have got the PR by now. You are still fine considering the fact that you have 4 yrs of Canadian exp and you would outscore most of CEC applicants. No need to panic..

Is there a level CLB 10 & above?

What is strange about it? I have calculated it as CLB 9 for now although the suggested sites say it falls under CLB 10. I would rather calculate a points less and than over claiming the points and get the invite.

Is there a level CLB 10 & above?

Guys, While calculating points, the CIC site says CLB 9 & above. Can we go ahead and calculate CLB 10 as per IELTS Essentials web site if we meet the criteria??

What documents should you provide at EE and if you are selected?

Medicals and police clearance are the only two docs that we can submit at a later date. Rest all the documents must be submitted when filing actual immigration application.

LMIA not required for CEC (candidates)

IF you get picked up, you need to provide evidence for every self declared point. If you have self-declared 600 points for AE, you need to show that evidence.

LMIA not required for CEC (candidates)

"But question is does the candidate have to register in job bank and search new job. Every where I read, CIC implies that a non LIMA job is only a temporary offer ." Not necessarily so. The candidate can have his current employer apply LIMA for him so he can continue with same employer and need...

    CEC under EE

There have been mixed responses in CEC section on this. If its me, I would spend 12 calender months in Canada + a week just in case and then apply.

LMIA not required for CEC (candidates)

OK. Your interpretation of the page is different from mine. Having an offer can definitely help. But not mandatory. Lets wait and see on Jan end when the draw happens.

LMIA not required for CEC (candidates)

To my first point, "Anyone who is accepted into the Express Entry pool could get an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence". Source - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/express/express-entry.asp Basically, if you meet the criteria of FSW / CEC / FTW, you can submit your profile to the...

LMIA not required for CEC (candidates)

Here is how I read. 1. Anybody who meets the requirements of FSW / CEC / FTW can register themselves in EE pool with or without an AR or PNP. 2. They are going to pick a draw end of month. Lets say top 4K for both FSW / FTW & top 2K for CEC. 3. whoever falls in this range will be ITA.

LMIA not required for CEC (candidates)

You are not reading the page correctly. The page you posted is meant for employers to understand the guidelines for processing LMIA. Good luck..

    CEC under EE

Be sure while calculating one year not to account for any stay that is spent out side of country on a vacation etc. For ex, if you cross the border for a week.. that may not count.. Search this forum and you will see plenty of posts on that topic..
