Unfortunately many people are having similar issues. My suggestion would be, when you are sending the documents through the Webform, in the description box you should write a letter explaining what happened, and asking them to grant you an extension on your deadline. This is the advice most...

My PA was able to print it - he sent it through the webform. Not sure why they say printing isn't allowed, when they require you to print it for any other method besides uploading through MyCIC. :/

Yes, they require a handwritten signature when submitting Schedule A through the webform. You will have to validate the form, print it, sign it, and scan it.

Sigh. Hopefully this will be my last question about calling CIC, but I'm really stressed out! Is the call centre operating on Eastern Time? Because when I have gone to the page, it says "your local time," which for me would be PST.
