Mailing schedule A and PCC

I know I read this on here somewhere and I hope to shed some light on a possible solution because this is a very common issue right now for those of us who applied in march.

Anyways,

Does anyone know if it is possible to MAIL in the schedule A and PCC after submitting it over the ircc webform? I am pretty sure I read about someone on here doing this as a back up.

Does anyone have any info on this?!

My PA and I are about to do this too. Apparently they did not receive his forms through the webform, so we're going to resubmit and mail as well.

It could sit in the mail room for a month. That is what I read.

Although we were successful in uploading PCC and Schedule A through MYcic online. But we wanted to send an additional sheet explaining some of our Schedule A answers. Since there is no way of doing this through MYcic, we then used the IRCC webform to upload a scanned copy of this additional sheet. As backup, we also MAILED in a signed Schedule A, Original PCC, this additional explanatory sheet relating to our Schedule A asnwers, A printed screenshot of successful upload of PCC and Schedule on MyCIC and a cover letter with our particulars on it including a list of enclosures and small note.

Over kill, some might (rightfully) think.

As long as they RECEIVE your mailed package before the deadline (usually mentioned in the request for schedule a and pcc) ur good. No one knows for sure how many days it'll take to get it attached with ur paper file but as long as u provide an application number, they can match it electronically. Ur safe as long as it reaches within deadline.

i didnt mail my schedule A as it was uploaded through GCKEY, HOWEVER.. they requested new photos of my husbands son so i emailed them to Mexico (my VO), uploaded them in GCKEY, uploaded them through IRCC Webform AND i sent them to Mexico (which cost me 88 dollars URGH!) but you can NEVER be too safe. About 10 days after i sent all that information, i called CIC to confirm they were received AND emailed Mexico and they confrimed that they were received both in the mail and email. My file is still in transit, but i think if you cover all your bases, there should be no reason for delays... or missed documentation. just my two cents!

iwould send the schedule a in as well... did you send a copy with your application? perhaps thats why you didnt get the request

Going to send schedule A and PCC over ircc webform today AND in the mail. I didn't send it up front. I was sent my schedule A request it just never came through unfortunately. Same problem that a lot of people seem to be encountering.
