Hi sexyeyes12, Sorry to hear that your application came back, but as it is stated on the guidelines, it is General Training IELTS that is needed and not the academic, I guess your consultant didn't check your application properly.. Still it doesn't hurt to try again at least.. goodluck!!

Hi Jijitipie, CIO office process applications following the date received (first come first serve rule), CC can be charged automatically but BD's still need clearance however it doesn't mean that they will not include our apps in case it falls in the CAP..I believe they treat BD as sure...

Hi Francis C, You need the previous employment certificate and contract on your previous employment even if it is not the NOC your applying on, also in case this work falls on a Type 0 or Skill A & B, you need to write it on the Economic Application form along with its job description...

No..still on old forms, I guess you don't have to worry since CIO still accepts old forms up to this time, they will only stop accepting those forms starting Nov . 14..the biggest fear for now is reaching the CAP..

Hi forax, There is a new checklist and it seems the there is no Visa Office checklist anymore but all documentation is compressed on the CIO Checklist...however you can still use the old forms, but the will not accept old forms starting November..It is best to use the NEW FORMS if you haven't...
