You cannot apply without the ORIGINAL IELTS result..try to obtain a new result if you can and prepare a fresh application, in case its not possible then wait for your package to be sent back and if your category i still open, apply again,however your NOC fills out fast so you might not be able...

Hi, It depends on the VISA OFFICE checklist that you're following, for example New Delhi visa office requires transcript on a university sealed envelope, however on Manila visa office checklist they just need certified true copy of the transcript..there are different requirements in each VISA...

You need to provide the original copy of the IELTS exam..and not online and copy results.

Re: APPLICATION FEES Yes, you need to pay for them..and their visa will be processed along side your application. If you don't process their fee payment with your application, it will be automatically sent back due to incorrect payment.

Yup..I folded some of the documents since I bought the short size envelope as well..though I read that old members here sent theirs on long envelopes and were accepted. However its best to follow instructions. Just fold it anyway they don't mind it that much. Sushicat29

Its ok..as long as the notarization is for each document, the officers will be able to locate it..I didn't use notarization that much, just my old employment contracts. Goodluck!! Sushicat29

Hi FrancisC, I used DHL..it took them 5 days to deliver my package..they were processing it even on weekends, however in case your delivery date falls on a weekend, they cannot send it to CIO since the office is closed and will be open on Monday..for example my friend sent hers on Tuesday...
