Hi, When did you add your spouse to your PR ? after the Visa rejection or before ?. CIC takes rejection of Visa very seriously. My friend's PR got rejected because he didn't disclose his US Visa rejection. I would recommend you to update the your spouse application with the Visa rejection.

Technically you can travel with your valid TRV. I too had the same situation where I return back to Canada with last 4 days of my visa expiry. But in Indian immigration they gave me a tough time to explain. I hope you should get your PGWP approved before your travel so that you can apply for TRV...

I would suggest to do it once you reach to Canada. It will hardly take 2 weeks to reflect in Ecas but in file I gets updated within a day.

One of my friend hide the visa rejection info not by purpose though, but his application got rejected and ban for 2 yrs.. But he applied for UK stating the fact of previous two countries he got it approved. Its always good to mention the truth rather than hiding it from one after other.

Your visa will have a uci #. Call customer care, mention ur uci # and check with him whether u have the visa granted.

I am a Sep applicant too, Same thing happened to me, sent a Notarized letter mentioning the fact along with a updated IM5669. After a month of sending, I ordered a GCMS notes, in that I can see that they have logged my letter and form as a scan copy. Fingers Crossed.
