Hi,

I have to apply for Indian PCC for my dependent spouse at BLS International Canada. To prove his legal status in Canada, what should I provide?

He has a valid visa and immigration entry stamp on his passport. Is this sufficient? He is not given a copy of "Visitor Record" when we entered in Canada and officer told us it is not required. I am on work permit.

Thank you in advance.

Valid visa is enough.

If you are in Ontario, without a "Visitor Record" how do you get OHIP ?

Thanks for replying.

Same question was asked by OHIP representative to me but then she called her boss and he confirmed that for dependents only visa + immigration entry stamp on passport + WP of main applicant is sufficient. I am worried about BLS guys as they are quite adamant and don't use their logic.
