And did you get the request by mail or email? Was it sent to the sponsor or to the one being sponsored. Hope you sent the passport already. If everything goes well you should hear from them in 2 to 3 weeks.

You forgot to mention the following VO that had same situations: Nairobi, Tanzania and Accra. for tanzania we thought before that it was because the VO is new so they had nothing to do, but seems were wrong, as it is worlwide.
