Hey guys I had a question, It is said that Canadian govt have not issued even half of the estimated ITAs.Going with that fact they might keep increasing no of ITAs hence further drop in CRS.So my question is do they really complete that target of inviting stated number of immigrants?

Even I feel the same.provided they keep the ITAs on higher side
